Mike Quirke

Mike Quirke studied at Chelsea School of Art and Goldsmith College and has many years’ experience working in art and art education.

In 2015 he was invited to join the team of artists working on Westminster Cathedral’s Way of Mercy Stations contributing two large scale paintings of the Merciful Father and the Conversion of St Paul. These works are now on permanent loan to parishes in London.

He has recently completed a number of smaller commissions in the Westminster diocese including an Icon of St. Michael for Our Lady & St Michael in Garston.

Recent exhibitions have included ‘Camaradas’ hosted by the Mexican Embassy and ‘The Elephant in the Room’ a community based project exploring mental health issues.

Mike lives in London with his wife and their 10 children.
